Product Warranty
Standard 1 year warranty includes:
- Workmanship of tank (manufacture)
- Quality of raw materials and fittings
- Guarantee on new tank for a pro-rata period of 1 year from date of order (for original purchaser)
Standard 1 year warranty does not cover the following:
- Mishandling or misuse of tank, parts, or fittings
- Faults caused by failure to follow installation advice or routine maintenance
- Unauthorised alterations or changes to tanks or parts and fittings (including welding, cutting, or mounting)
- Damage from use of rigid/fixed outlets to pumps or other fittings
- Damage from wear or tear
- Incorrect placing and securing of pumps to the tanks
- Freight or costs associated with any repairs related to any of the above points
- Costs associated with dismantling, installation or reinstallation of the tank, frame, or fittings
- Contents internal or external of the tank
Note: Sometimes, customers request a tank product for a use not recommended by us. In these cases, the 1 year warranty is usually waived by the customer, and this is noted on the order at time of purchase.
I acknowledge that if I fail to comply with the mounting, supporting, placing, and securing of my tank, I will void the explicit warranty and may incur the cost of freight to Tanks Nationwide for the repair of my tank, or at least the cost of a nominated and qualified plastic welder to repair the given damage.
We reserve the right to alter or change product designs and characteristics throughout the range.
We cannot be held responsible for any costs of late delivery subject to transport issues beyond our control.
