Please note that some items, such as custom-made products or items for sanitary purposes, may not be eligible for return. We recommend reviewing the product page for specific return information before making your purchase.

All returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that have been used or installed.
